  • The BetterWay Potassium is a fingertip blood test that measures potassium (electrolyte).

Potassium is an electrolyte that regulates the heart and helps keep muscles and nerves healthy. This test measures the amount of potassium in the blood. It is used to help identify electrolyte imbalances that may lead to heart, muscle, and nerve problems.

This test is also known as: serum potassium, K+, hypokalemia test, or hyperkalemia test.
